ساز و کار اثرگذاری سیاستهای پولی در چارچوب نظریه ساختار زمانی نرخ بهره در اقتصاد ایران
این پژوهش به بررسی این که آیا در تحلیل اثرگذاری سیاست پولی، ساختار زمانی نرخ بهره میتواند به عنوان سازوکار انتقال سیاست پولی بر متغیرهای اقتصادکلان شامل تولید، تورم و پول و بازده اوراق بهادار ایفای نقش کند، میپردازد. از الگوی تعادل عمومی پویای تصادفی بازدهی اوراق بهادار زاگالیا (2009)، بهگونهای که نرخهای بهره بلندمدت یک بخش جدایی ناپذیر مکانیسم انتقال پولی است، استفاده شده است. الگو با شیوه بیزین برای دادههای ایران طی بازه زمانی 1395:4-1370:1 تخمین زده میشود. نتایج به دست آمده از مقایسه گشتاورهای دادههای شبیهسازی شده با گشتاورهای دادههای دنیای واقعی به خوبی مطابقت دارد، نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس نشان داد تغییرات در محصول بوسیله شوکهای تکنولوژی، عرضه اوراق بهادار و سیاست پولی توضیح داده میشود، مانده پول حقیقی بوسیله شوکهای سیاست پولی، تقاضای پول و عرضه اوراق بهادار توضیح داده میشود. همچنین شوکهای عرضه اوراق بهادار، سیاست پولی و تقاضای پول عوامل اصلی پویایی ساختار زمانی در بلندمدت هستند. تحلیل پاسخهای آنی الگو نشان داد که علاوه بر شوک سیاست پولی، همچنین تغییرات برونزا در تقاضای پول و عرضه اوراق بهادار میتواند جابجاییها در نرخهای بهره بلندمدت را توضیح دهد.

تأثیر نوسان نرخ ارز حقیقی بر رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل با لحاظ توسعه مالی
بررسی و مطالعه تاثیر نوسانهای نرخ ارز بر بهرهوری توسط اقتصاددانان نشان از اهمیت این موضوع در ادبیات اقتصادی دارد. در این ارتباط دیدگاههای مختلف متضادی وجود دارد. در این مطالعه از روش برآورد دادههای تابلویی و اثر آستانه، رابطه بین نوسان نرخ ارز و رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید طی دوره زمانی 2015-1994 در 32 کشور منتخب بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که نوسان نرخ ارز حقیقی تاثیر منفی بر رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل دارد و این رابطه در کشورهای در حال توسعه قوی است. همچنین مشخص گردید که رابطهی میان نوسان نرخ ارز حقیقی و رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل به سطح توسعهی مالی کشورها بستگی دارد؛ در سطوح بالای توسعه مالی، نوسانهای نرخ ارز حقیقی تاثیری بر رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل ندارد. اما در کشورهایی که از لحاظ توسعه مالی در سطح پایین قرار دارند، نوسان نرخ ارز حقیقی تأثیر منفی بر رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل دارد.

اصطکاکهای مالی و میزان اثرگذاری ابزارهای سیاست پولی بر قدرت اعتباردهی سیستم بانکی
یکی از مشکلاتی که سیستم بانکی ایران به خصوص در دهههای ۱۳۹۰-1380با آن مواجه بوده است، اصطکاکهای مالی است که در افزایش مطالبات غیرجاری، بدهی انباشته دولت به بانکها و انباشت داراییهای ثابت بانکها نمود پیدا میکند. وجود این اصطکاکهای مالی از یک سو منجر به کاهش کارایی بازار اعتبارات،کاهش قدرت تسهیلات دهی بانکها و در نتیجه مواجهه بنگاهها با تنگناهای اعتباری میشود و از سوی دیگر این اصطکاکها سبب میشود تا اثر سیاست پولی انبساطی بر قدرت اعتباردهی بانکها کاهش یابد. در این مقاله به کمک تدوین یک الگوی اقتصادسنجی کلان ساختاری در دوره زمانی 1346 تا 1394، میزان اثرگذاری ابزارهای سیاست پولی انبساطی در دو حالت وجود و عدم وجود اصطکاکهای مالی بر قدرت اعتباردهی سیستم بانکی ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاست. نتایج بدست آمده نشان میدهد که اثرگذاری ابزارهای سیاست پولی انبساطی بر قدرت اعتبار دهی سیستم بانکی در حالت عدم وجود اصطکاکهای مالی در مقایسه با زمانی که اصطکاکهای مالی وجود دارند، به طور متوسط نزدیک به ۶۰ درصد بیشتر است. بنابراین میتوان گفت که در شرایط وجود اصطکاکهای مالی، اثرگذاری ابزارهای سیاست پولی انبساطی بر افزایش قدرت اعتباردهی سیستم بانکی حدود 60 درصد کاهش مییابد.

الگوسازی یک اقتصاد بدون بهره با استفاده از چارچوب نسلهای تداخلی
بهره در الگوهای اقتصادی متعارف عاملی کلیدی و تنظیم کننده است. اما بحثهای فراوانی در رد یا تایید بهره پولی با تمسک به ریشههای آن وجود دارد. برخی از این ریشهها، عینی هستند مانند مولدیت سرمایه و جمیعت و برخی مانند رجحان زمانی، رجحان نقدینگی و تقعر تابع مطلوبیت، ذهنی هستند. این مقاله با رویکردی انتقادی به نظرات موافق، تلاش خود را بر الگوسازی یک اقتصاد بدون بهره پولی معطوف مینماید. دستاورد اصلی این مقاله تدوین یک مدل اقتصادی بدون بهره پولی، با استفاده از یک الگوی نسلهای تداخلی سه دورهای است. سوالهای مقاله این است که آیا یک اقتصاد بدون بهره میتواند کارکردهای اقتصادهای بهرهای مانند رشد، مصرف، پسانداز و تشکیل سرمایه را داشته باشد؟ آیا چنین اقتصادی به تعادل خواهد رسید؟ و آیا چنین تعادلی پایدار خواهد بود؟ در این مدل پول فقط یکبار توسط دولت منتشر میشود. در نتیجه به دلیل رشد اقتصاد و عدم انتشار مجدد پول، نوعی تورم منفی در اقتصاد رخ خواهد داد و نتیجه گرفته میشود ادامه حیات اقتصاد، ارزش واقعی واحدهای پولی ثابت را افزایش میدهد. رجحان نقدینگی در این الگو از بین میرود، در نتیجه کنز پول وجود نخواهد داشت و تخصیصها بهینه بوده و این بهینگی پایدار نیز خواهد بود.

اثر اعتبارات اعطایی بانک کشاورزی بر ارزشافزوده و اشتغال بخش کشاورزی
بخش کشاورزی یکی از مهمترین بخشهای اقتصادی است که در فرایند توسعه اقتصادی جایگاه ویژهای دارد. دراین بخش، به دلیل فصلی بودن تولیدات و وجود خلأ زمانی بین پرداختها و دریافتها، کشاورزان نیازمند سرمایه در گردش هستند. از طرفی به دلیل کوچک بودن واحدهای تولیدی و عدم حضور فعال سرمایهگذاران خصوصی در این بخش، نیاز به اعتبارات بانکی برای تأمین مالی سرمایهگذاری وجود دارد. بانک کشاورزی تنها بانک تخصصی کشور در بخش کشاورزی است و بخش بزرگی از اعتبارات اعطایی سیستم بانکی کشور به بخش کشاورزی از طریق این بانک به متقاضیان اعطا میشود. در این پژوهش، اثر اعتبارات اعطایی بانک کشاورزی (به تفکیک جاری و سرمایهای) بر متغیرهای اشتغال و ارزش افزوده بخش کشاورزی مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. دوره مطالعه سالهای 1393-1363 بوده و برای برآورد ضرایب بلندمدت معادلات از الگوی خودتوضیح با وقفههای گسترده و برای بررسی پویاییهای کوتاهمدت آنها از الگوی تصحیح خطا استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که تأثیر اعتبارات جاری و سرمایهای بر ارزش افزوده، سرمایهگذاری و اشتغال بخش کشاورزی مثبت و معنادار است.

اثرات محدودیت منابع آبی بر برنامهریزی گسترش ظرفیت تولید برق: کاربرد الگوی چند هدفه تحت شرایط نااطمینانی
هدف مطالعه حاضر، برنامهریزی گسترش ظرفیت تولید برق با تأمین همزمان اهداف اقتصادی و زیست محیطی تحت نااطمینانی جهت تأمین تقاضای برق است. نااطمینانی تقاضا و ضریب ظرفیت تولیدی برق (نااطمینانی عرضه) به صورت یک مجموعه فازی بیان شد. همچنین، اثرات محدودیت منابع آبی بر برنامه گسترش ظرفیت تولید بررسی گردید. الگوی غیرخطی چند هدفه فازی برای یک نمونه واقعی سیستم برنامهریزی گسترش ظرفیت تولید برق استان کرمان برای یک دوره 12 ساله با و بدون محدودیت منابع آبی به کار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که محدودیت منابع آبی باعث تغییر برنامه گسترش ظرفیت استان خواهد شد. با در نظر گرفتن محدودیت منابع آبی، ظرفیت نیروگاههای بادی، گاز-چرخه ترکیبی و فتوولتائیک در طول افق برنامهریزی به ترتیب 1000، 950/924 و 500 مگاوات افزایش خواهد یافت. این در حالی است که نتایج الگو بدون محدودیت منابع آبی نشان داد که در طول افق برنامهریزی ظرفیت نیروگاههای بادی، آبی و زغال سنگ به ترتیب 1000، 130/983 و 720/163 مگاوات افزایش مییابد. بنابراین برای مناطقی که در شرایط بحرانی منابع آب قرار دارند، تولید کمتر برق با سوخت زغال سنگ و آبی پیشنهاد میشود. تفاوت در نتایج، اهمیت تحلیل یکپارچه و جامع برنامهریزی گسترش ظرفیت تولید برق را نمایان میسازد.
