ارزیابی وضعیت اقتصادی ایران در سند چشمانداز
سند چشمانداز بیستساله کشور در سال 1384 ه.ش با هدف دستیابی ایران به کشوری توسعهیافته با جایگاه اول اقتصادی، علمی و فنآوری در بین کشورهای آسیای جنوب غربی ابلاغ گردید. با گذشت بیش از دوازده سال از ابلاغ این سند، در مقاله حاضر سعی گردید ارزیابی از وضعیت اهداف کلان اقتصادی سند بعمل آمده و جایگاه کشور در بین رقبای اصلی منطقه مشخص گردد. بدین منظور با بهرهگیری از روش فاصله از مرجع، شاخص ترکیبی وضعیت اقتصادی کشور در سند چشمانداز برای چهار مقطع 2000، 2005، 2010 و 2015 محاسبه شد. نتایج بدست آمده از شاخص ترکیبی اقتصادی نشان میدهد وضعیت ایران در بین کشورهای منتخب طی دوره 2000 تا 2015 میلادی پیشرفتی نداشته، بطوریکه میانگین رتبه وضعیت اقتصادی کشور در بین رقبای منطقهای در سال 2015 رتبه پنجم بوده است. درضمن، در سال 2000 و 2005 (شروع چشمانداز) رتبه ایران در بین کشورهای منتخب بترتیب رتبه چهارم و پنجم منطقه بوده، با این حال در مقطع 2010 رتبه کشور به جایگاه ششم تنزل کرده و مجدداً درمقطع 2015 رتبه ایران به جایگاه پنجم ارتقاء یافته است.

پایداری بدهی دولت در ایران: شواهدی از الگوی رگرسیون آستانهای
بحران مالی سالهای 2008-2007 و هزینه ناشی از اصلاح سیاستهای مالی، بیش از پیش بر اهمیت بحث "پایداری بدهی دولت" در ادبیات اقتصادی افزوده است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر تلاش کرده است تا با استفاده از الگوی رگرسیون انتقال ملایم (STR) و دادههای دوره زمانی 1393-1350، به بررسی پایداری بدهی دولت در قالب "تابع واکنش مالی" بپردازد. نتایج حاصل از برآورد الگوی رگرسیون آستانهای، ضمن لحاظ یک ساختار دو رژیمی برای تابع واکنش مالی دولت، نشان میدهد در رژیم اول (هنگامی که نسبت بدهی خارجی دولت به تولید ناخالص داخلی کمتر از 90/3 درصد است) واکنش دولت در برابر بدهی به بانک مرکزی و بدهی به بانکها و سایر موسسات مالی غیربانکی داخلی از پایداری لازم برخوردار نیست. اما در رژیم دوم (هنگامی که نسبت بدهی خارجی دولت به تولید ناخالص داخلی بیشتر از 90/3 درصد است) واکنش دولت به هر سه نوع بدهی (بدهی به بانک مرکزی، بدهی به بانکها و سایر موسسات مالی غیربانکی داخلی و بدهی خارجی) پایدار بوده، اگرچه ضرایب کوچک برآورد شده نشان دهنده یک پایداری ضعیف است. بنابراین، با توجه به اثرگذاری سطح بدهی دولت بر رشد اقتصادی از کانالهای متعدد، لازم است "پایداری بدهی دولت"، به عنوان یک متغیر اصلی در تابع هدف سیاستهای مالی دولت ایران لحاظ شود.

مهاجرت نیروی کار از ایران به کشورهای OECD و عوامل اقتصادی مؤثر بر آن
نیروی کار یکی از مهمترین عوامل تولید است و خروج آن از کشور متضمن هزینه فرصت اقتصادی برای جامعه خواهد بود. در این مطالعه تلاش شده است عوامل اقتصادی مؤثر بر مهاجرت نیروی کار ایران طی سالهای 2012-2002 مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. در بررسی مساله از مبانی نظری الگوی جاذبه و روش تخمین دادههای تابلویی استفاده شده است. در تخمین روابط از نرم افزار استتا بهره گرفته شده است. در این مطالعه، مهاجرت نیروی کار از ایران به 8 کشور عضو OECD بررسی شده است که بیشترین سهم از مهاجرت نیروی کار ایرانی را داشته اند. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای جمعیت، تجارت خارجی و رشد اقتصادی موجب کاهش روند مهاجرت میشوند و در مقابل افزایش در جمعیت، تجارت خارجی، رشد اقتصادی و دستمزد کشورهای مقصد، بهعلاوه افزایش نرخ بیکاری در ایران و تعداد مهاجران ایرانی در کشورهای مقصد نیز موجب افزایش مهاجرت نیروی کار شده و عوامل جاذبهی مهاجرت به کشورهای OECD شناخته شدهاند. بر این اساس، با توجه به تاثیر معنادار و قابل توجه متغیرهای نرخ بیکاری و رشد اقتصادی کشور در جریان مهاجرت، برنامه ریزی برای بهبود شرایط اقتصادی کشور به منظور کنترل روند صعودی آن ضروری به نظر میرسد.

الگوسازی حبابهای سوداگرانه بازار سهام تهران با در نظر گرفتن پویاییهای روانی و اجتماعی
بازار سهام یکی از مهمترین بازارهای مالی هر اقتصادی بهحساب میآید و لذا فهم هرچه بیشتر آن برای سیاستگذاریها لازم است. بسیاری از مطالعاتی که در مورد حباب بازار سهام تهران انجامگرفتهاند با استفاده از روشهای اقتصادِ متعارف بودهاند، و لذا هیچکدام اقدام به الگوسازی نظری نکردهاند. این پژوهش از رهیافتِ اقتصاد محاسباتی مبتنی بر عامل برای الگوسازی استفاده کرده است. نتایج نشان میدهند که وجود نااطمینانی در مورد تغییرات آتی قیمت از یکسو و انتظارات ناهمگن و پویاییهای روانی و اجتماعی معاملهگران از سوی دیگر، میتواند شکلگیری حباب سوداگرانه در بازار سهام تهران را توضیح بدهد. الگوی طراحی شده در این پژوهش با توجه بهسادگی و پایهای بودن، میتواند بهعنوان زیربنایی محکم برای کارهای پیچیدهتر در الگوسازی مبتنی بر عاملِ بازارهای مختلف استفاده شود. در این پژوهش الگوسازی تجربی برای شاخص کل بازار سهام در دوره 1392-1395 انجامگرفته است. ازجمله نتایج تجربی، افزایش سرعت یادگیری معاملهگران از شهریور1392 تا بهار 1395 است.

اثر تغییر ساختار سنی جمعیت بر اجزای تقاضای پول در اقتصاد ایران
در ادبیات اقتصادی، تقاضای پول معمولاً به چند متغیر کلیدیِ درآمد، نرخ بهره، نرخ ارز و نرخ تورم ارتباط داده میشود. اما در جوامعی که توزیع سنی جمعیت آن به گونه فاحشی تغییرکرده است، ساختار سنی جمعیت نیز متغییر توضیح دهنده مهمی است که باید در یک تابع تقاضای پول به خوبی تصریح شده، مورد توجه قرار گیرد. فقدان وجود متغیری در تابع تقاضای پول که تغییر ساختار سنی جمعیت را لحاظ کند، ممکن است به یک رابطه همجمعی نیانجامد. در نتیجه پارامترهای برآورده شده قابل اتکا نخواهند بود. در این مقاله ، به کمک نظریه مصرف دوران زندگی اندو و مادیگلیانی ، سه تابع تقاضا برای اجزاء نقدینگی تصریح شده است که دربردارنده متغیری برای نشان دادان تغییرات ساختار سنی جمعیت در جامعه است. معادلات تصریح شده با استفاده از داده های سری زمانی سالهای 1348تا 1393 به روش ARDL برآورد شده اند. نتایج نشان میدهد که با افزایش نسبت جمعیت میانسال، به دلیل پایین بودن میل توسط به مصرف این گروه، تقاضا برای اسکناس و مسکوک و همچنین تقاضا برای سپردههای دیداری کاهش مییابد، اما در عوض تقاضا برای سپرده های مدتدار بانکی گرایش به افزایش دارد.

ارزیابی تجارت محصولات صنعتی ایران با کشورهای مختلف از دیدگاه آب مجازی
امروزه کشورهای کم آب در تعیین راهبردهای بلندمدت تولیدی خود به رویکرد تجارت آب مجازی توجه ویژهای دارند. از اینرو، هدف مطالعه حاضر تحلیل وضعیت آب مجازی در تجارت محصولات صنعتی با شرکای مختلف تجاری ایران است که از روش شاخصهای فنی- پایه و دادههای طرح آمارگیری از کارگاههای صنعتی ده نفر کارکن و بیشتر مرکز آمار ایران برای دوره زمانی 93-1390 استفاده شده است. در این راستا، با توجه به تعداد زیاد کشورهای شریک تجاری، 20 کشور با سهم بالای 95 درصدی در تجارت، انتخاب گردید و روند صادرات و واردات آب مجازی در مورد آنها بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که روند خالص صادرات آب مجازی وضعیت مطلوبی را نشان نمیدهد. چنانکه خالص صادرات آب مجازی از 112- میلیون مترمکعب در سال 1390 به 115 میلیون مترمکعب در سال 1393 رسیده است. به بیان دیگر، بخش صنعت از واردکننده خالص آب مجازی به صادرکننده خالص آب تبدیل شده است. همچنین بیشترین صادرات و واردات آب مجازی به ترتیب با حجم 119 و 99 میلیون مترمکعب مربوط به کشور امارات متحده عربی و چین بوده است. اطلاعات حاصل شده براساس یافتههای تحقیق میتواند برای اصلاح روابط و ترکیب تجاری محصولات صنعتی در راستای حفظ منابع آبی استفاده گردد.
