تأثیر پیشرفت کیفی تولیدات بر رشد اقتصادی ایران در یک الگوی رشد درونزا: با تأکید بر ابداع در فرآیند تولید
تعیین مسیر بهینهی متغیرهای اقتصادی به منظور رسیدن به یک هدف مشخص از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است که با استفاده از روش کنترل بهینه حاصل میشود. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از الگوی رشد درونزای شومپیتری نقش اختراع، ابداعو سرمایهگذاری در تحقیق و توسعه بر رشد اقتصادی تحلیل شده است. سپس، از طریق بهینهسازی پویا، مسیر رشد اقتصادی ایران در بلندمدت بدست آمده است. نتایج حاصل از شبیهسازی نشان دهنده این است که رشد بهینه با نرخ بازدهی بخش تحقیق و توسعه، ضریب کیفیت تولید، مقیاس اقتصاد و دوره برنامهریزی رابطهی مثبت دارد. همچنین، رشد بهینه با رجحان زمانی رابطه منفی دارد.

تاثیر آستانهای و غیرخطی متغیرهای اسمی و حقیقی بر تورم: رویکرد خودرگرسیونی آستانهای
در این مطالعه با اتخاذ الگوی خود رگرسیون آستانهای به بررسی رفتار غیرخطی و آستانهای متغیرهای اسمی و حقیقی بر تورم مبتنی بر دادههای فصلی دورهی 1393:4-1369:2 پرداخته شدهاست. رشد نقدینگی به عنوان متغیر آستانه انتخاب و مقدار 57/5 درصد (28/22 درصد سالانه) به عنوان حد آستانه این متغیر برآورد میشود. در رژیم رشد نقدینگی پایین، انتظارات تورمی و نرخ ارز به عنوان مهمترین عوامل تعیین کننده تورم در اقتصاد ایران شناسایی میشوند. به علاوه در این رژیم سطح قیمتها رابطه تعادلی بلندمدت خود را با دیگر متغیرهای حقیقی و اسمی از دست میدهد. در رژیم رشد نقدینگی بالا، انتظارات تورمی، رشد نقدینگی و نااطمینانی تورمی مهمترین عوامل تعیینکننده تورم به حساب میآیند. به علاوه انحراف سطح قیمتها از رابطه تعادلی بلندمدت عامل بسیار با اهمیتی در شتاب تورمی بوده، به طوری که تورم به این شکاف به شدت واکنش نشان میدهد. تولید ناخالص داخلی و وقفه آن در هر دو رژیم اثرات ضد تورمی دارند و این اثرات در رژیم پایین بیشتر محسوس است و درآمدهای نفتی در هر یک از رژیمها تاثیرات با اهمیتی بر تورم نداشته است.

پیشبینی نرخ تورم ماهانه: کاربرد الگوی تصحیح خطای دادههای ترکیبی با تواتر متفاوت
در مقاله حاضر به منظور پیشبینی نرخ تورم ماهانه با استفاده از دادههای سری زمانی نمونه گیری شده باتواترهای متفاوت، از الگوی تصحیح خطای میداس استفاده شده است. برای بررسی دقت پیشبینی الگو، نرخ تورم ماههای مهر و آبان سال 1395 در الگو مورد استفاده قرار نگرفته و مقادیر تورم این دو ماه پیشبینی شده است. سپس به وسیله دادههای هفتگی منتشر شده از متغیرهای توضیح دهنده، مقادیر این پیشبینیها مورد تجدید نظر واقع شدهاست. در عین حال الگو برای ماه آذر 1395، یعنی آخرین ماهی که تا زمان تدوین این مقاله نرخ تورمی از سوی بانک مرکزی برای آن گزارش نشده است، یک پیش بینی اولیه و سه تجدید نظر با توجه به اطلاعات منتشر شده جدید انجام شده، و در نهایت این نرخ برابر 8/8 پیشبینی شده است.

برآورد کشش شناوری مالیاتی به روش همجمعی
یکی از سؤالات مهم پیشروی نظام مالیاتی کشور چگونگی میزان رشد مالیاتها در مقایسه با رشد تولید ناخالص داخلی است. علم به این مسأله به سیاستگذاران مالیاتی کمک میکند تا تصویری از درآمدهای مالیاتی آتی کشور در رابطه با رشد تولید ناخالص داخلی را در اختیار داشته و با توجه به تحولاتی که در تولید ناخالص داخلی رخ میدهد، در صورت لزوم تعدیلات لازم را در نظام مالیاتی و نرخهای مالیاتی به انجام رسانند. کشش شناوری مالیاتی شاخصی است که بطور معمول برای چنین امری مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. این مقاله با استفاده از آمار سری زمانی سالهای 1393-1359 به روش همجمعی و با استفاده از الگوی خودرگرسیون با وقفههای گسترده کشش شناوری مالیاتی را مورد برآورد قرار داده است. نتایج روابط تعادلی بلندمدت حاکی از آن است که مالیات کل و مالیاتهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم دارای کشش شناوری مالیاتی بزرگتر از واحد هستند. این نشان میدهد مالیاتهای مورد اشاره با رشد بیشتری نسبت به رشد اقتصادی کشور افزایش مییابند. در نتیجه سهم درآمدهای مالیاتی در بودجه دولت در آینده افزایش داشته و نیاز چندانی به تعدیل نظام مالیاتی و نرخهای مالیاتی احساس نمیشود.

برآورد و مقایسه کارایی انرژی در بخشهای اقتصادی ایران
انرژی یکی از اصلیترین نهادهها در فرآیند تولید محسوب میشود و کمیابی این نهاده ارزشمند بر اهمیت توجه به کارایی مصرف آن افزوده است، ضمن این که کارایی بالاتر انرژی به نرخهای بالاتر رشد اقتصادی میانجامد. هدف این پژوهش برآورد کارایی انرژی در بخشهای چهارگانه اقتصاد ایران (کشاورزی، صنایع، حمل و نقل و خدمات) به تفکیک و به منظور افزایش دقت محاسبه و صحت نتیجهگیری است. کارایی مصرف انرژی در این بخشها با استفاده از روش تابع تولید مرزی تصادفی ترانسلوگ و دادههای دوره 91-1373 و مبتنی بر مبانی نظری و شواهد تجربی برآورد میشود. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که نه تنها کارایی انرژی هر بخش در طول دوره مورد بررسی کاهش یافته، بلکه میانگین کارایی انرژی کل بخشها نیز روندی نزولی داشته است، همچنین کارایی فنی در همه بخشهای اقتصادی برخلاف روند تحول کارایی انرژی، همواره در حال صعود البته با آهنگی کند بوده است. کمترین کارایی انرژی مربوط به بخش خدمات است.

ارزیابی اثر افزایش سطح قیمتها بر تغییرات رفاهی خانوارهای شهری: رویکرد تغییرات جبرانی و تابع ترجیحات
در اقتصاد ایران دولت هر ساله میلیاردها ریال صرف یارانه کالاهای اساسی به منظور حفظ یا افزایش رفاه مصرفکنندگان مینماید. در مقابل افزایش نرخ تورم، ر فاه را کاهش میدهد. در این صورت دولت نیازمند معیاری برای سنجش شدت تأثیرپذیری مصرفکنندگان از تورم است. هدف این مقاله استخراج و محاسبه شاخص رفاهی تغییرات جبرانی مبتنی بر تابع مخارج AIDS و ارزیابی اثر رفاهی منفی ناشی از افزایش نرخ تورم بر رفاه مصرفکنندگان است. از اینرو در این مقاله با برآورد سیستم معادلات تقاضای AIDSبه روش رگرسیونهای به ظاهر غیرمرتبط تکراری در دوره 1392-1354، هزینه رفاهی ناشی از افزایش قیمتها در اقتصاد ایران محاسبه شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که بر اساس معیار تغییرات جبرانی در طی دوره 1392- 1354، برای جبران آثار رفاهی تورم یک خانوار با بعد 5/4 نفر، باید سالیانه بطور متوسط 13 درصد مخارج کل به خانوارها پرداخت میگردید تا در سطح مطلوبیت اولیه باقی میماندند. محاسبه ضریب همبستگی معیار تغییرات جبرانی با نرخ تورم سالیانه گروههای مختلف کالایی نشان میدهد که گروههای کالایی مسکن، خوراک و بهداشت و درمان به ترتیب با ضرایب همبستگی 96، 61 و67 درصد، بیشترین اثر رفاهی منفی را بر مصرفکنندگان شهری داشتهاند.
