Using dispersion analysis to study the speed and direction of structural changes ,we found that the speed of structural changes were rapid and on the normal direction up to 1382-85; however, this trend was reversed thereafter up to the period of 1386-88, indicating that there has been exodus of  labor from high productive and dynamic industries towards inefficient and declining industries after the threshold time period of 1382-85. در این مقاله، با استفاده از اطلاعات مربوط به ارزش افزوده و اشتغال 23 شاخه از صنایع مختلف کارخانه‌ای بر اساس کدهای بین المللی ISIC دو رقمی طی دوره زمانی سال‌های 1388-1374 میزان ایجاد و تخریب شغل و همچنین اثرات ساختاری ایستا پویا و ثابت تخمین زده شده است. نتیجهحاکی از آن است که نرخ رشد تغییرات ساختاری طی دوره زمانی 88- 1374بسیار پایین بوده، اما سرعت تغییرات ساختاری ابتدا در دوره‌های مختلف زمانی بین سال‌های 1382-1374 فزاینده بوده، اما از دوره زمانی سال‌های 1385-1382 به بعد این روند معکوس شده است. معکوس شدن روند تغییرات ساختاری اشتغال بدین معناست که سهم فزاینده‌ای از شاغلان از صنایع پیشرو و با رشد بهره‌وری بالا به سمت صنایع رو به رکود و افول انتقال یافته‌اند. https://ecoj.sbu.ac.ir/article_57455_05442792614ce764064c912f5a95d721.pdf
